Who handles your data
This site belongs to Shiftvibex, the software engineering consultancy of Luan Reis, in São Paulo. For anything about your data, write to luanssrr@outlook.com.
Contact form
When you send the form, we receive your name, your email and the message you wrote. We use them only to reply and talk about your project, at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V).
Sending goes through Formspree, a service that delivers the message to our inbox. We keep the conversation while it is active and for up to 2 years afterwards, and delete it sooner if you ask.
Usage metrics and cookies
Only with your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to learn how many people visit the site and how it is used: pages and sections viewed, button clicks, scroll depth, form steps (never what you type), page performance, device type and approximate region.
We never send your name, email or message to Google. The cookies used are _ga and _ga_<ID>, from Google Analytics. If you decline, no Google script is loaded and the site works the same.
You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer. When you revoke it, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Your choice is stored only in your browser.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Google’s Firebase Hosting, which logs technical access data such as IP address and browser for security and operation.
Sharing and transfers
We share data only with the services above (Formspree and Google), acting as processors. We do not sell data. These services may process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards in their terms (LGPD, art. 33).
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and for access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information on sharing and withdrawal of consent (LGPD, art. 18). Write to luanssrr@outlook.com; we reply within 15 days.
